What are Therapy Intensives?

Therapy intensives are longer, extended therapy sessions designed to provide a more concentrated and immersive experience. These sessions range from 90 minutes to 3 hours and give us the space to dive deeper into the challenges you're facing, work through complex emotions, and make real, meaningful progress.

Is Insurance Accepted?

Insurance typically only covers standard 45 to 53-minute therapy sessions. Therapy intensives are considered extended sessions, and therefore, self-pay is required. While these are out-of-pocket expenses, the rapid progress many experience often leads to fewer overall sessions needed.
